I don't know if I've ever been treated so well by an organization. Our family had accidentally left a camera at the airport. I needed someone to pick it up for us and ship it to us.

I don't live in the Orange County area, so I didn't know where to call. I randomly called a few courier services, and they were pretty bad - "we only take cash" or "no one is available for a few days", and so on.

I managed to reach On Time Messenger, and the owner, Apo Kelyan, treated me like a family member. Every step of the way, he made sure the camera was safely dealt with. He personally went to the airport and called me to verify everything was OK. He got it shipped back to us neatly and professionally.

I work for a trade show exhibit company in Ohio and recently had a huge UPS shipping error. We had sent a package out to California via ground service and unfortunately the package was going to be late for a show. At least that was the case before I called On Time Messenger.

I called On Time Messenger very early in the morning and explained my situation to Apo who was more than confident that they could help me. I had UPS hold the package at the local hub where On Time Messenger picked it up and turned a ground shipment that wouldn't be delivered until late in the afternoon into a same day priority shipment. The package needed to be delivered to a location over a hour away. They delivered the package earlier that I ever would have expected and were able to have it there before the trade show opened.
